End Of An Era

The day has finally arrived.

All our happiness is about to end soon.

Those same faces i see everyday,

Am i not gonna see them again?

Such a nostalgic feeling in our mind,

Has this moment come to every mankind?

That last moment of everything...

The last time we are been dropped to school,

The last time we stood in our assembly prayer,

The last time we saw those exam mates who helped us,

The last time we discussed about what questions might arrive,

Everything feel the last..!!

That last long bell which has never felt that long, 

Those smiles turned into sadness.

The last walk in our campus in uniform,

Waving goodbyes to our favourite teachers.

And then we found ourselves scribbling each other's uniform,

Everything written there is an emotion expressed.

Those very last moment with our friends knowing we'll meet again.

Ah! What a day it is,

Crying in our heart and leaving apart...

But this is not the end of life..!

This feeling of aura,

It's just that we can't accept this end of an era...
